Dear Publisher Leicht:
Let this letter confirm that your
January 31, 2007 issue of the News Gleaner was jammed indecorously into
my fence last week presumably by your weekly littering machine, (or maybe
it was just an act of the litter gods of Philadelphia.)
From time to time, I will remind you of
theses litter assaults on my property until I decide on other courses of
action.
Recall: Your litter on my residential
property is undesired and for reasons previously explained potentially
lethal to my family.
Note: There are well-documented
neurological conditions where blind people do not believe themselves to be
blind. One cannot help but wonder if this condition exists as a
psychological-moral variant among our politicians, police press,
publishers and populace in our litter-inundated, crime wrought, city of
Philadelphia.
In all events, I continue to wish for
you and your family a litter free environment.
